Design 2382 Fly

Fly was built of aluminum by Walter Huisman of Vollenhove, Holland and launched in 1981. She was designed as an ocean racing yacht. Shes a big boat, sleeping nine people comfortably. In fact she is quite luxurious for an ocean racing yacht and would make a great cruising boat.

The center cockpit with deep coaming would make her safe and dry. The deck is laid out so that all sheets and halyards are led to the center cockpit.

Here are the plans.

Principal Dimensions
LOA 59-0"
LWL 45-0"
Beam 14-9"
Draft 9-0"
Displacement 56,371 lbs
Ballast 22,500 lbs
